Shop policies-

All purchases are final, I cannot accept returns or replacements if there isn't any proof or validated reasons for. Every product is handmade, It is always checked for quality and imperfections after I am done completing a set. Please Please let me know If there Is something I can fix within the next purchase you make!

Packing-

I usually package orders within 2-4 business days. You'll recieve a nofication order once your order is ready for shipment, or sent to the post office. (Tracking is provided).

Shipping & estimated delivery times-

Shipping could usually take about 3-7 business depending on the location. These are just rough estimates of what Is usually expected, so please don't panic & allow extra time especially during holidays, or peak sales.

Shipment issues-

If your package is lost, stolen or damage I will try my hardest to work with the carrier. a refund or replace could be guaranteed on good reasons only, like for example if your package was stolen, or damage I would offer you either a refund or replacement. Please be patient while I try to figure out the problem.
